Job Summary:
We are looking for a Reflash Engineer who will design, develop, and validate solutions for automotive module reflash services. The Reflash Engineer is a critical member of the team responsible for developing and supporting a best-in-class automotive reflash platform, utilized by auto manufacturers and suppliers worldwide. As a Reflash Engineer, you will utilize vehicle electronic module communications and diagnostics to develop and configure solutions for complex vehicle reflash projects. This role involves interaction with technical and non-technical peers and customers — clear, open, and direct communication is paramount. The ideal candidate will have the aptitude to learn quickly and the willingness to take on additional responsibility over time.

Your Role:
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with all associates and business contacts and promote a strong sense of teamwork.
- Work with colleagues to clarify or resolve issues and develop reflash solutions.
- Perform testing and validation of reflash solutions.
- Write operational procedure documentation with technical authors.
- Maintain reflash systems by monitoring and detecting software defects.
- Travel to customer locations to support job duties as needed.
- Demonstrate professional behavior and actions consistent with company values.
- Assist customers who require immediate and/or emergency services by going above and beyond to ensure completion in a timely and successful manner.
- Work with customer-dedicated teams to support job activities, including working onsite at customer locations as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar.
- Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to undertake and successfully complete multiple tasks/assignments.
- Ability to travel to customer sites (both engineering and manufacturing) and work hands on with the customer to test/validate software and debug internal/customer issues.
What will make you stand out:
- 1+ years CAN, UDS, DoIP (Automotive Ethernet) or similar experience.
- 1+ years Ford GGDS, GMLAN, GM Global B, Atlantis/Powernet (FCA/Stellantis) or similar experience.
- 1+ years automotive diagnostic experience.
- 1+ years experience in automotive testing with onboard vehicle ECUs.
- 1+ years experience with C/C++/C# software development.
- Demonstrable history of responsiveness with a focus on customer satisfaction.
