Job Description for Test Manager

Join our international team working on Active Safety and Autonomous Driving vehicles algorithms and products development, with vision, radar systems and lidars

Your mission will be to drive test teams in international environment, working on Active Safety and Autonomous Driving vehicles algorithms and products development, with vision, radar systems and lidars

Your role:

• Active Safety and Autonomous Driving tests planning that will be executed in laboratories and in vehicles, in cooperation with various test teams (among others communication, diagnostics, functional, environmental tests)

• Cooperation in international environment with Technical Manager, Project Manager and customer

• Supervising and coordination of test teams

• Test status reporting

• Risk analysis that can impact planned test execution and driving the problem resolution process

Your Background:

• MSc degree in Electronics, Automatics, Informatics or similar

• Knowledge of software integration and testing processes

• Experience in tests planning and execution

• Experience in tests development and tests metrics knowledge

• Well commanded English

Preferred also:

• Knowledge of electronics or embeded software projects

• Knowledge in simulation and testing automation

• specific training for ISTQB Test Standard (Certified Tester), "Advanced Level" (or comparable standard)

• Customer contact experience

• German language knowledge
