Job Description for Inside Sales Representative/Inside Sales Expert with English/German/Italian

Each day we support our Account Managers by verifying prices and preparing quotations for OEMs like Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Porsche or Ferrari.

Your Role

• Being the first line contact for customers purchasing teams (phones and emails)

• Receiving quotation requests

• Verifying price claims

• Updating prices in SAP

• Communication via Customer portals

• Taking care of correct Master Data set up

• Maintaining price lists dedicated to specific OEMs

• Advice customers with technical documents

Your Background

• Positive approach and a will to learn

• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Good knowledge of SAP will be an asset

• Language skills: English fluent,  German or Italian will be an asset. Possibility to use German or Italian also on daily basis.

2 year of experience on similar position will be a plus, however people without work experience are also kindly welcome
