Job Description for STAFF PLANT MANAGER

Plant manager, located in theJuarez, Chihuahua MXwill be responsible for overseeing the activities of the site in order to meet the business objectives, as well as ensuring that the objectives are achieved in acost-effective manner. It should seek to improve efficiency andquality, promoting teamwork, training and staff development. Maximize the use of resources (raw material, machinery, labor) of the plant to obtain maximumproductivity and efficiency. Deliver products of the highestquality in the time requested by the client.

Your Role:

• Reports, management and information flow, business, business processes andorganizational planning.
• Manages and increases theeffectiveness and efficiencyof Support Services (HR, IT and Finance) through improvements in each function.
• Plays an important role in long-term planning, including an initiative towardsoperational excellence.
• Oversee globalfinancial management, planning systems and controls.
• Performs thestrategic planningnecessary to meet the expectedfinancial objectives.
• Analyzes the production results and rethinks the strategy to comply with the proposed metrics.
• Verifies that each area complies with thequality metrics.

Your Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience as plant manager
• Experience as multi site plant manager (as plus)
• Proven experience inManufacturing, Quality, Engineering and P&L.
• Advanced English +80%
• Results and details oriented
• Leadership and communication skills
• Data Analysis
• Automotive experience, Molding Stamping and Electronics (SMT) is a must
• Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, management and supervisory skills.
